ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANC
NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON THAT
THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 10.100. Parking prohibited at
all times where, by adding Sub-section (342) which will read as
follows:
"(342) On the west side of Harding Street."
Section 2. Amend Section 10.100, by changing
Sub-section (805) to read as follows:
"(805) On the south half of State Street between
Monroe Street and the west curb of Madison
Street."
Section 3. Amend Section 8.010. School Zones , by
adding Sub-section (15) to read as follows:
11(15) Cedar Hills School:
Vieth Drive from Oakridge Drive, north, to
the end of Vieth Drive.'
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect iamed iately upon its passage and approval.
