AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT #115, WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes, and for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City to establish a sewer district to be
known as Sewer District #115, and said sewer district to be
established and to include all the following described property:
All of Lots No. 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27,
28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42,
43, 44, 45, 46, and that part of Lot No. 47 that lies with-
in the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson of Section
1 of Greenberry Hills Subdivision as per plat of record in
Plat Book 5, page 7, Cole County Recorder' s Office.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
