ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE C014STRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT #115 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for
sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as
possible in Sewer District #115, as established by ordinance, a
sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made and
constructed without unnecessary delay, and that the said district
sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at manhole
No. 119, Station -1+94, and manhole No. 1102A, Station 5+35,
Moreau River Trunk Line Sewer.
SECTION 2 . The outlet line of said sewer shall begin at
manhole No. 119 at Station -1+94 Moreau River Sewer; thence de-
flecting 74 degrees 39 minutes to the left from the forward
tangent, 24.40 feet; thence deflecting 80 degrees 10 minutes
to the right, 146.7 feet to Station 1+71.10; thence deflecting
24 degrees 21 minutes to the left, 373 .67 feet; thence deflecting
6 degrees 21 minutes to the left 192.18 feet .
Lateral "A" of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
Station 1+71.10 on the outlet line; thence deflecting 100 degrees
46 minutes to the right from the back tangent extended foward,
218.0 feet.
Lateral "B" of said sewer shall begin on the east right-of-
way line Green Meadow Drive at a point which is 5 feet north of

the southwest corner of Lot 37 of Section One of Greenberry Hills
Subdivision as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, page 7, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence southerly along the east
right-of-way line of Green Meadow Drive, 545 .30 feet; thence
deflecting 94 degrees 59 minutes to the right, 205.6 feet to
Station 14+96.6. .
Lateral "C" of said sewer shall begin at the aforementioned
Station 14+96.6 Lateral "B" ; thence deflecting 85 degrees 01
minutes to the right from the back tangent, 870.30 feet; thence
deflecting 16 degrees 20 minutes to the right, 359.00 feet.
Lateral "D" of said sewer shall begin at manhole No. 1102A
Station 5+35 Trunk A Moreau River Sewer; thence deflecting
93 degrees 34 minutes to the left from the foreward tangent,
` 138.05 feet, thence deflecting 8 degrees 33 minutes to the left
I+ 167 .7 feet, thence deflecting 39 degrees 32 minutes, 110.27 feet.
SECTION 3 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the Director of Public Works. All crafts
and classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer shall
be paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Depart-
ment of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
