AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 82129
�r FIXING THE SALARIES AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS OF CITY ELECTIVE AND
APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES, BY CHANGING SECTION 8 THEREOF.
'!:`• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8212, Section 8, be amended
by changing the words and figures in line 2 from "twenty $20.00)
dollars per month" to "twenty-five ($25.00) dollars per month" so
that Section 8, as amended, will read as follows:
"Section 8. Clothing Allowances. Each member of
:� •✓ the Police Department shall receive twenty-five
($25.00) dollars per month as a uniform allowance;
.' • each member of the Street, Sewer and Transit Authority
:? Departments shall receive fifteen ($15 .00) dollars per
month as a uniform allowance. The Humane Officer and
his Assistant, and all Parking Garage Attendants,
{ shall receive ten �S$10.00) dollars per month as a
uniform allowance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
retroactive to November 1, 1969, upon its passage and approval.
