AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF SEWER DISTRICT NO. 97 "B" ,
WITH THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 97 "B"
(established by Ordinance No. 8188) be changed to read as follows :
From the intersection of the south right-of-way line
of West Main Street and the east right-of-way line of
Jaycee Drive; thence easterly along the south right-of-way
line of West Main Street, 125 feet; thence south 26°06 ' east,
45 feet to the point: of beginning; thence continuing south
26 006 ' east, 137.7 feet; thence north 72 029' west, 57 .5
feet; thence south 5 040 ' east, 492 feet to a point on the
north right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad;
thence easterly along said Railroad right-of-way line,
753 .3 feet; thence north 20°00 ' east, 200 feet; thence
north 71 005 ' west 623 .45 feet; thence north 32 007 ' east,
258.2 feet; thence south 64 020 ' east, 316.65 feet; thence
south 58 042 ' east, 250 feet; thence north 20 000' east, 200
feet to the south right-of-way line of West Main Street;
thence westerly along the south right-of-way line of West
Main Street, 761.85 feet; thence south 5°15 ' east, 24.5
feet; thence south 82 028' west to the point of beginning.
Also from the intersection of the south right-of-way
line of Industrial Drive and the east right-of-way line of
Jaycee Drive; thence easterly along the south right-of-way
line of Industrial Drive 370.3 feet; thence south 5 040 '
east, 218.94 feet to the beginning point of this description;
thence continuing south 5 040 ' east, 66.06 feet; thence south
60 011' west, 388.4 feet; thence north 5°15 ' east along the
east right-of-way line of Jaycee Drive 219.91 feet; thence
north 60 011 ' east, 151.2 feet; thence north 5' 40 ' east,
250.0 feet -to the south right-of-way line of Industrial.
Drive; thence easterly along the south :right-of-way line of
Industrial Drive, 1239.85 feet; thence south 21 054' west
200 feet; thence westerly parallel to the south right-of-
way line of Industrial Drive to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
