AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT # 116"A" , WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes, and for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City to establish a sewer district to be
known as Sewer District #116"A" , and said sewer district to be
established with location and boundaries as follows:
From the northeast corner of the Southwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 10, Township 44,
Range 12, thence south along said quarter quarter section
line, 918.16 feet, more or less to the northerly right-of-
way line of South Ten Mile Drive and the point of beginning
of this description; thence south 46 degrees 15 minutes west
along the northerly right-of-way line of South Ten Mile
Drive, 76.5 feet; thence north 26 degrees 10 minutes west,
177 .8 feet, to a point on the southerly line of Lot No. 12
of Kenborg Hills Subdivision as per plat of record in
Plat Book 5, page 11, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
southwesterly along the southerly line of Lots Nos . 12, 13,
14, 15 and 16 of said Subdivision to the southwesterly
corner of said Lot No. 16; thence northwesterly along the
westerly line of said Lot 16 to the northwest corner of
said Lot No. 16, thence northeasterly along the northerly
line of Lots No. 1.4, 15 and 16 of said Subdivision tothe
intersection of the north line of said Lot 14 and the
southerly extension of the west line of Lot 68 of said
Subdivision; thence northerly along the southerly extension
of the west line of said Lot 68 and the west line of said
Lot 68 to the northwest corner of said Lot 68 thence
northeasterly along the north line of Lots No. 68, 67 , 66,
65, 64 and 63 of said Subdivision, to the southerly right-
of-way line of U. S. Highway 50; thence easterly along
the south right-of-way line of U. S . Highway 50 to the
east line of Lot 3 of said Subdivision; thence southwesterl.
along the back lot line of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 , 8, 9, 10,
and 11 to a point which stands South 46 degrees 15 minutes
west, 20 feet from the east line of said quarter quarter
section, thence southeasterly in a direct line 200 feet to
a point on the northerly right-of-way line of South Ten
Mile Drive, which said point is 20 feet northerly from the
intersection of said northerly right-of-way line and said
quarter quarter section line, thence southerly along said
northerly right-of-way line 20 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approve
