ORDINANCE NO. 2007-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHARTS OF SECTION 17.65.020
AND 17.65.040 OF THE MOAB MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE THE
RESORT COMMERCIAL ZONE (RC-1)
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council on advice of the Moab City
Planning Commission deems that it is in the City's best interest to
include the Resort Commercial (RC-1) zone in the charts of the Master
Planned Development ordinance,
THEREFORE, the following charts in section 17.65.020 AND
17.65.040 of the Moab Municipal Code shall be amended as follows:
