j , AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT 0116"A" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
fw< .. SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for
sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed and improvement
t made as soon as possible in Sewer District #116"A" , as established
by ordinance, a sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same
be made and constructed without unnecessary delay, and that the
said district sewer be connected with and into the present sewer
378 feet along a line deflecting 3 degrees 07 minutes to the
right from Manhole 364, Station 2+27 .9 of Lateral B-1, North
Wears Creek Extension Trunk Line Sewer.
SECTION 2. Said sewer shall be as follows:
Line "A" of said sewer shall begin with a manhole
at said location 378.0 feet along a line deflecting
3 degrees 07 minutes to the right from Manhole #364,
Station 2+27 .9, Lateral B-1, North Wears Creek. Extension
Trunk Line Sewer; thence deflecting 62 degrees 07 minutes
to the left 185 .4 feet; thence deflecting 13 degrees
25 minutes to the right 63 .9 feet, thence deflecting
97 degrees 03 minutes to the left 396.7 feet.
Line "B" of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
Station 2+49.3 of Line "A" , thence deflecting 71 degrees
27 minutes to the right from the ahead tangent of Line "A" ,
121.4 feet; thence deflecting 22 degrees 02 minutes to the
right 219.75 feet.
Line "C" of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
AIML Station 2+55 .4 of Line "B" , thence deflecting 67 degrees
28 minutes to the left from the ahead tangent of Line "B"
194.78 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the Director of Public Works . All crafts
and classes of labor used in construction of this sewer shall be
paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Department
of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
