AN ORDINANCE OF TIME CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION
ZONING CHANGE' FROM "C" TO "D"
w. WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.- ��+r
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "C" Multiple Dwellings
to "D" Multiple,Dwellings
and the following described• property .is and it: is 'hereby rezoned
accordingly: .
Part of Inlot No. '•896, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
more particularly described 'as follows:
Beginning at the -southwesterly corner of said Inlot;
thence easterly along Ashley Street, 104 feet, 42 inches ,
to the southeasterly corner thereof; thence northerly
along Broadway Street, 100 feet 9' in6hes; thence
westerly pakallel with Ashley Street, 104 -feet 42 inches ,
to the westerly line- of said Inlot; thence southerly
along the said westerly line, 100 feet 9 inchest to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shat-. be in effect immediately upon
its passage and approval..
