AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58802 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

ZONING CHANGE' FROM "A-1" TO "F"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.• �Jr

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE' CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-!" Single Family
to "I'" Highway Commere ial
and the following described property is and it is -hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of Fractional Nor-thea,st quarter of Section- 22
and part of Private Survey No. 2701, all in Township 44.
North, -Range 11 West, and more particularly described as ,

From an old stone that is 1176.0 'feet west of the` ,
