ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 8249, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING
AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8249 is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. Amend Section 10.150, sub-section (A) of
The Parking and Traffic Code, by changing (190) to read as follows
"(190) On the north half of Main Street
between Bolivar Street and Harrison
Street. "
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
