ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFER30 N, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.190, sub-section (1) , by
adding Paragraph (5) , to read as follows:
"(5) On the east side of Jefferson Street,
starting at a point 198 feet south of
the center line of Highway 50, and
extending to a point 226 feet south
of the center line of Highway 50. f°
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
