ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION: Just off east McCarty Street,
at the beginning of Old St.
Louis Road.
ZONING CHANGE: From "A-1" Residential, to
"F" Highway Commercial ,
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
reqoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l. . That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" Residential to "F" Highway Commercial, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
:accordingly:
Part of the Northeast fractional quarter of
Section 16, Township 44 North, Range 11 West,
in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the
Northeast fractional quarter of said Section 16,
Township 44 North Range 11 West; thence North
84 degrees east, 462.78 feet; thence North 0
degree 11 minutes west, 177.05 feet; thence
North 89 degrees 54 minutes west, 50 feet;
thence North 0 degrees 06 minutes east, 260
feet, which point is also the Southwest corner
of Lot No. 3 of Knaebel's Bluff Subdivision;
thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes West to the
quarter Section line, being a distance of
approximately 460 feet; thence South 4 degrees
20 minutes East, along the quarter Section line
488.21 feet, to the point of beginning. Being
approximately 4.50 acres. Bearings are magnetic .
Section. 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
