AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF TWIN HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Kieth W. Major, Gladys M. Major, Robert J.
Major and Edith E. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township
45N, Range 12W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of Lot No. 18 of Walker's
Boonville Acres, Per plat of record in Plat Book 7 ,
pages 38 and 39, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
S820581W along the northerly line of Twin Hills Road,
80.0 feet to the point of beginning for this description thence;
N8011 'W, 133 .34 feet; thence S820581W, 60.0 feet; thence
S8011'E, 13 .34 feet; thence S820581W, 296. 90 feet; thence
S60381E, 114.98 feet '.:o said northerly line of Twin Hills
Road; thence N820581E, along said northerly line, 360.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Twin Hills Subdivision, Section 2,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1949, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of the said Sub-
division, and that in all respects the requirements of the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission of. the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
of the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW THERE-
FORE:
The plat of land of Kieth W. Major, Gladys M. Major, Robert
J. Major and Edith E. Major, known and referred to as Twin
Hills Subdivision, Section 2, lying, being and situate within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of
this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of
said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
t after the passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of
said play: thereon and to certify to the approval of same under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
