AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, !
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 4 PRECINCT 1
GENERAL LOCATION Part of Outlot 87. located near the
South end of Monroe Street, near Randy
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-2" TO "D" Lane.
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to "
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be

and the following described property J.s and it is hereby rezoned

Part of Outlot No. 87, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From a point on ' the"west line of said Outlot No. 87,
said point being the quarter corner on the east side of
Section 13, Towhship '44, Mange 12, and is the northeast
corner of the John DullelLand; thence south along the
west line of said Outlot, 30 'feet, to an iron pin, and
the beginning point of this description; thence east
470 feet; thence south and parallel with the west line
of said Ou4ot, 445 feet; thence west 4.7Q, feet, to the
west line, of said Outlot; thence north , ,, ong. the said
west line of the Outlot, 445' feet, to tie-beginning
point of this description. '
Also a 20 foot roadway from said point of
beginning, north to Monroe Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
