AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON THAT
THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.100, Sub-section A, by adding
the following:
(212) On Commercial Avenue between Marshall
and Lafayette Streets.
(742) On the east half of Myrtle Avenue from
Swifts Highway north to Pike Street.
(743) On the east and west sides of Myrtle
Avenue from Pike Street to Kansas Street.
(842) On Wall Street between Marshall and
Lafayette Streets .
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in
effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
