AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'T'Y OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED LAND.

ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-1" TO "F"
WHEREAS, the above described area h .� been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" Single Family Dwellings, to "F" Highway
Commercial, and the following described property is and it is
hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of the southwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12, in Cole
County, Missouri, and being more particularly described
as follows:
Starting at a State Highway right-of-way ►Harker. set
in concrete, said right-of-way marker. being 155 feet
left of Station 146+-49. 96 of Route 54 as shown on Spate
Highway plans F-54-3 (16) , sheet no. 14 on file aL the
Cole County Court House; thence south 46 degrees 27
minutes west, 265.36 feet along left right-of-way line,
thence south 43 degrees 05 minutes west, perpendicular
to the center line of Christy Drive; thence north 46
degrees 55 minutes east, 400.00 feet; thence north 43
degrees 05 minutes west, 759.07 feet to a point or,
said Highway right-of-way; thence on a curved right-
of-way line whose center line has a degree of curve of
0 degrees 30 minutes to the right to the point of
beginning, point of beginning being south 49 degrees
05 minutes west, 134. 75 feet from paint and containing
7.00 acres .
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in effect iimnediately
upon its passage and approval.
