AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58809 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to '
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
