AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION Vicinity o fe 'Hospital
ZONING CHANGE FROM "AA" TO "D"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS , it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "AA" Single Family Dwelling to "D" Multiple Dwelling,
and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 44,
Range 12, Jefferson City, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of said
Section 14; thence N4050'W, along the Section Line 526,21
feet to the point of beginning for this description; thence
continuing N4050'W, along the Section Line 710.00 feet;
thence S85o30 'W, 614.00 feet; thence: S4o50;E, 710.00 feet;
thence N85030 El 614.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all 10.0 acres, more or less .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
