AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 4 PRECINCT 3 -
GENERAL LOCATION 1800 Block St. Mary' s Blvd.
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-2" TO "B"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
ED BY THE CITY COUNCIIr OF THE CITY OF
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-2" Single Family Dwelling to Y°B" Two Family
Dwelling, and the following described property is and it is
hereby rezoned accordingly:
Lots 1.4, 15 and 16 of See-More Subdivision,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 7, Page
83, County Recorder's Office, Cole County,
Missouri.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its paesage and approval.
