AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 8232
AND SECTION 8.4 OF ORDINANCE 7978, RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF
SIDEWALKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 8232 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Section 8.4 of Ordinance 7978 is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
