AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80119
THE PLUMBING CODE, BY SPECIFYING CERTAIN ALLOWABLE MATERIALS FOR
PLUMBING WORK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8011, Section 4.4, by
adding Sdb-section VIII, to read as follows:
"VIII. Subsoil, drainage material.
a Cast iron soil pipe
b Claytile
c Fiber pipe
d Plastic pipe, conforming to ASTM
Standards, Acetals D-2133-647
D-788-63."
Section 2. Any sectionsof the present Ordinance in
conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
