AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALL.
DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION Medical Arts Buildin&__
ZONING CHANGE FROM "G" and "E" Commercial
TO "H" Business
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due: notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "G" and "E" Commercial to "H" Business , and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
acccrdingly:
Part of Inlot No. 368, in the City of Jefferson
Missouri., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said
Inlot No. 368, at a point 36 feet 8 inches easterly from
the southwesterly corner; thence easterly along; the
southerly line of said Inlot, 36 feet 8 inches ; thence
northerly parallel with Jackson Street, 198 feet 9 inches,
to the City alley; thence westerly along said alley, 36
feet 8 inches ; thence southerly parallel with Jackson
Street, 198 feet 9 inches , to the point of beginning.
Together with easements described in Book 120,
page 328, Cole County Recorder' s Office.
The easterly part of Inlot No. 368 and the westerly
part of Inlot No. 369 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on High Street and the southerly
line of said Inlot 368, which said point is 73 feet and 4
inches easterly from the southwesterly corner of said
Inlot 368; thence easterly along High Street and the
southerly line of said Inlot 368 and 369, 73. feet k inch;
thence northerly parallel with Jackson Street, 198 feet
and 9 inches to the public alley; thence westerly along
said alley and the northerly line of Inlot 369 and 368,
71 feet k inch, thence southerly parallel with Marshall
Street, 198 feet and 9 inches, to the point of beginning.
The westerly part of Inlot No. 364, in--the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said
Inlot No. 364; thence southerly along the westerly
line thereof, 198 feet 9 inches, to the southerly line
of said Inlot; thence easterly along said southerly
line, 36 feet 6 inches; thence northerly parallel with
the westerly line thereof, 198 feet 9 inches, to the
northerly line of said Inlot; thence westerly along
said northerly line, 36 feet 6 inches, to the point of
beginning.
Part of Inlot No. 364, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, more particularly described as fellows:
Beginning at the point on the northerly line of
said Inlot, 46 feet 6 inches westerly from the north-
easterly corner thereof; thence westerly along the
northerly line of said Inlot, 21 feet 4 inches ; thence
southerly parallel with the easterly line of said Inlot,
198 feet 9 inches, to the southerly line of said Inlot;
thence easterly along said southerly line 21 feet 4
inches; thence northerly parallel with the easterly line
of said Inlot, 198 feet 9 inches , to the point of
beginning.
Part of Inlot No. 364 in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Inlot
364; thence westerly along the northerly line thereof 46
feet 6 inches; thence southerly parallel with the
easterly line of said Inlot, 198 feet n inches; thence
easterly along the southerly Line of said Inlot 46 feet
6 inches to the southeasterly corner thereof; thence
northerly along the easterly line of said Inlot 198 feet
9 inches, to the point of beginning.
MIA The westerly part of Inlot No. 365, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Inlot
No. 365; thence southerly along the westerly line of
said Inlot, 198 feet 9 inches, more or less, to the City
alley; thence easterly along the southerly sine of said
Inlot, 52 feet 2 inches ; thence northerly parallel with
Jackson Street, 198 feet 9 inches , more or less, to the
northerly line of said Inlot; thence westerly along the
northerly line, 52 feet 2 inches to the point of
beginning.
The easterly half of Inlot Numbered 365, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval. L-
