ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO OPERATE A BEAUTY SALON AT 428 CHRISTOPHER PLACE.
WHEREAS, the request of Mary Alice Beck has been received,
considered and hearing held on the request, after giving public
notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Mary Alice Beck is hereby granted a
Special Permit to operate a Beauty Salon at 428 Christopher
Place, being Lot No. 11 of Weavers Subdivision, in Jefferson
City, Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
