AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION Ellis Blvd. , near
Tanner Bridge Road.
ZONING CHANGE FROM A-1 Single Family_
TO D-Multiple Dwelling
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from A-1 Single Family to D-Multiple Dwelling and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24, Township
44, Range 12; thence west along the section line, 5.33
chains; thence south parallel with the fourth quarter
section line, to the northerly line of the tract
conveyed to the City of Jefferson, Missouri for roam
purposes, by conveyance of record in Book 172, page 67,
Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence easterly along
the northerly line of said tract, to the east line of
the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence
north along the said east line, to the point of
beginning.
Part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 24, 9.92 chains south of the northwest cornea
thereof; thence east parallel with the north line of
said fourth quarter section, 2.5 chains; thence south
parallel with the fourth quarter section lime, to the
northerly line of the tract conveyed to the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, for road purposes, by conveyance
of record in Book 172, page 67, Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence westerly along the northerly line of
said tract, to the west line of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter; thence north along the said
west line, to the point of beginning.

immediately upon its passage and approval.
