ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO THE ROY A. SCHEPERLE CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. , TO
CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A NURSING HOME.
WHEREAS, the request of Roy A. Scheperle Construction
Co. , Inc . , has been received, considered, and hearings held on the
request, after giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance
No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Roy A. Scheperle Construction Co. ,
Inc. , is hereby granted a Special Perrait to construct and operate
a Nursing Home on property in the vicinity of Monroe Street and
Randy Larne, in Jefferson City, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
Part of Outlot No. 87, in the City of Jefferson
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From a point on the west line of said Outlot No. 879
said point being the quarter corner on the east side of
Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, and is the northeast
corner of the John Dulle Land; thence south along the west
line of said Outlot, 30 feet, to an iron pin, and the
beginning point of this description; thence east 470 feet;
thence south and parallel with the west line of said
Outlot, 445 feet; thence west 470 feet, to the west line
of said Outlot; thence north along the said west line of
the Outlot, 445 feet, to the beginning point of this
description.
Also a 20 foot roadway from said point of beginning,
north to Monroe Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
