PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Block 6301, lot 3 applied for a lax exemption under the provisions for a
veteran status in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4- 3.30et seq, and
the Tax Assessor has reviewed and approved the application effective
the Tax Collector is recommending that the following taxes be cancelled
'1 (1) $ 375.78
1 (2) 1,537.27 plus any additional taxes assessed for the balance of the 2021 full
year.
', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
tgh of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel
as set forth above and refund the overpayment in the amount of $1,917.18.

and certified as a true copy of the
