(II BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ` MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, �j Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes, and for the health and comfort of the I inhabitants of the City to establish a sewer district to be known as Sewer District #116"B", and said sewer district to be I established with location and boundaries as follows : �I From the center of Section 10, T44, R12, thence north I� along said quarter section line, 41.20 feet to the be- ginning point of this description, thence N890261W, 69 feet. North 12.24 feet more or less to the southeast ! corner of the James W. Fitzgerald, etal, by deed of record i� in Book 207 , Page 659, Cole County Recorder 's Office, (; thence N890461W, 79.2 feet to the southwest corner of the said Fitzgerald property, thence S870071W, 215 .6 feet along the southerly line of the Alvin H. J. Marcum and wife property, by deed of record in Book 200, Page 291, Cole II County Recorder' s Office, to a point on the easterly line of a private road right-of-way, conveyed to Oliver Leach !� and wife, by deed of record in Book 161, Page 368, Cole County Recorder 's Office-, thence in a westerly direction to a point on the west line of the above mentioned Leach right-of-way, said point being 200 feet south of the south right-of-way line of South Ten Mile Drive; thence in a northwesterly direction 200 feet south and parallel to E� the south right-of-way line of South Ten Mile Drive to a `! point on westerly line of the Paul D. Adams and wife �i property, by deed of record in Book 139, Page 616, Cole County Recorder 's Office; thence .north along the west line of the said Adams property to the south line of the South Ten Mile Drive right-of-way; thence east along the aforemen- tioned right-of--way line to the northeast corner of the Rado Scott property by deed of record in Book 42, Page 316, ! Also from the northeast corner of the southwest quarter, northeast quarter, Section 10, Township 44, Range 12, thence S4045.'E, 708.10 feet to a point on the northerly ! line of a tract conveyed to Raymond W. Rockemann and wife, by deed of record in Book 129, Page 331, Cole County I Recorder ' s Office and the southerly line of Kenborg Hills �i Subdivision as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page 11, j� Cole County Recorder ' s Office; thence northeasterly along the south boundary line of the aforementioned Kenborg Hills Ii Subdivision to the northwest corner of a tract of land I� conveyed to William W. Fink and Florence A. Fink as per deed of record in Book 96, Page 16, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence N5°50 'W along the line between the Fink property and the west boundary line of Kenborg Hills Subdivision to the inter- section of the south right-of-way line of U.S. Route #50; thence easterly along the south right-of-way line of U.S. Route #50 to the intersection of said right-of-way line and 1he west right-of-way line for Julie Road; thence south along said west right-of-way line for Julie Road to the point of said west right-of-way line and the northerly right-of-way line for Allen Road of Kenborg Hills Subdivision; thence southwesterly along the north right-of-way line of Allen Road to a point. Said point being the northerly extension of the line between Lots 16 and 17 of Kenborg Hills Sub- division and the north right-of-way of Allen Road; thence southeasterly along the northerly extension of the line between said lots 16 and 17 to the southeast corner of Lot 17, said corner being on the southerly boundary of the Kenborg Hills Subdivision; 'thence northeast along the southerly boundary of Kenborg Hills Subdivision to the quarter quarter section line for Section 1.0, Township 44, Range 12 and point of beginning of this description.
