ORDINANCE NO. .2,22-5
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT #116"B" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for
sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed and improvements
made as soon as possible in Sewer District #116"B" , as established
by ordinance, a sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same
be made and constructed without unnecessary delay, and that the
said district sewer be connected with and into the present sewer
at Station 0+11.1 Line "A" Sewer District No. 116"A" .
SECTION 2. Said sewer shall be as follows :
Line "A" of Sewer District 116"B" shall begin at
Station 0+11.1 Line "A" of Sewer District #116"A" ; thence
deflecting 39016 ' right from the ahead tangent 239 feet;
thence deflecting 1026' left, 353 feet to Station 5+92
Line "A" ; thence deflecting 4052 ' right 221.5 feet to
Station 8+13.5 Line "A" .
Line (A--1) of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
Station 5+92 of Line (A) ; thence deflecting 1.25008' .right ff
from the ahead tangent of Line (A) 150 feet : I

Line (A-2) of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
Station 5+92 of Line (A) ; -thence deflecting 54008 ' left
from the ahead tangent of Line (A) 150 feet ; thence de-
flecting 92028' left 118.5 feet; thence deflecting 69018'

Line (AC+3) of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
Station 8+13 .5 of Line (A) ; thence deflecting 61035 ' left

Line (B) of said sewer shall begin at Station 6+.46 Line
B of sewer district 116"A" , thence deflecting 42028' right,
from the ahead tangent 154 feet.
Line (D) of said sewer: shall begin at Station 1+94.78
Line (D) of Sewer District 116"A" ; thence deflecting 896351
right from the ahead tangent, 165.7 feet; thence deflecting
0048' right, 189.4 feet.
Line (E) of said sewer shall begin gin a•t Station 1+94.78
Line (D) of Sewer District 116"A" ; thence deflecting
96622 ' left from the ahead tangent, 258.28 feet; thence

SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects

as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
II glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the Director of Public Works. All crafts

and classes of labor used in construction of this sewer shall be
paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Department
of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri*
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
