ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO THE WINDSOR INVESTMENT COMPANY, TO CONSTRUCT
AND OPERATE A NURSING HOME.
WHEREAS, the request of Windsor Investment Company has
been received, considered, and hearings held on the request, after
giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Windsor Investment Company is hereby
granted a Special Permit to construct and operate a Nursing Home
on property described as follows :
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14,
Township 44, Range 12, Jefferson City, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the northeast quarter
of said Section 14; thence N4050'W, along the Section
Line 526.21 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence continuing N4050 'W along the
Section Line 710.00 feet; thence S85030 'W, 614.00
feet; thence S40 50 'E, 710.00 feet; thence N85030'E,
614.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
in all 10.0 acres, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
