ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A SPECIAL
PERMIT TO THE SHARON ANDREWS DANCE SCHOOL TO OPERATE A DANCING
SCHOOL IN THE OLD MOREAU HEIGHTS SCHOOL BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the request of Sharon Andrews Dance School has been
received, considered, and hearing held on the request, after
giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Sharon Andrews Dance School is hereby
granted a Special Permit to operate a Dancing School in the Old
Moreau Heights School Building, located on the southwest corner of
East Atchison Street and Moreau Drive.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
