' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A SPECI
PERMIT TO THE ROLING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. , TO CONSTRUCT AND
OPERATE A VETERINARY CLINIC FOR SMALL ANIMALS.
WHEREAS, the request of Roling Construction Company, Inc . ,
has been received, considered, and hearing held on the request,
after gibing public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Roling Construction Company, Inc . , is
hereby granted a Special Permit to construct and operate a
Veterinary .Clinic for small animals, at the following location:
The southeast portion of the tract fronting
on 1735 Southwest Boulevard, measuring
approximately 111 feet by 59 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
