WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
,
rezoned from "A-1" Single Family to "E" Local Commercial, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
rjt`r A part of the northwest quarter of the northeast
' quarter and part of the southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 44,
Range 12 , Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :
sBeginning at the northeast corner of the land
described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 175,
at Page 41, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
north along the west line of a county road to the
intersection of a private lane; thence westerly
and southerly along the east line of said private
lane to the northwest corner of land described in
warranty deed recorded in Book 175, at Page 41,
Cole County Recorder's Office; thence east along
the north line of said tract of ground to the
t� point of beginning. Containing approximately
2 acres.
Said real estate also being known as 2118 Southridge
Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri.
