AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION: 330 Bolivar Street
ZONING CHANGE FROM: "C" Multiple Dwelling
TO: "G" Commercial
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "C" Multiple Dwelling to "G" Commercial, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned accord-
ingly:
The southerly part of Inlot 419 in the City of
Jefferson, Mo. , particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Inlot
thence running northerly along the easterly line
thereof, parallel with Bolivar Street, 46 feet,
thence westerly parallel with McCarty Street 104
feet 4k inches to the westerly line of said Inlot,
thence southerly along the westerly line of said
Inlot 46 feet, thence easterly along the southerly
line of said Inlot 104 feet 41 inches to the place
of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
