AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION Highway 50 East
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-V Single Family
TO "F" Highway Commercial
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
r all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" Single Family to "F" Highway Commercial, and
the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
1.43 acres of the east half of the southwest quarter
of Private Survey No. 2701, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of the east half
of the Southwest quarter of private survey No. 2701,
where the same is intersected by the south line of
State Highway 63, thence south 250 links to a branch,
thence south 64 degrees and 30 minutes, east 370
links, thence north 60 degrees , east 300 links to a
point on the south line of the aforesaid highway,
thence north 66 degrees and 30 minutes west along the
south margin of aforesaid highway 714 links to the
place of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
