BOARD ABSENT: D .RIPPY. OTHERS PRESENT: B.MURPHY, ADMINISTRATOR; M.GIBAS, VILLAGE CLERK; A.PERSONS, PUBLI C WORKS DIRECTOR; R.JESSEN, PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS INSPECTOR; S.THREEWITT, STAFF ENGINEER; M.GARRIGAN, PLANNING SUPERVISOR; AND J.KONOPEK , POLICE CHIEF . CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE Mayor Collins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was tak en, Trustee Rippy was absent, all other Trustees were present at the time of roll call. Mayor Collins led the pledge to the flag. There were approximately 8 persons in the audience. BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA Trustee Fay moved to approve t he Agenda. Seconded by Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll call. Peck, yes; Racich, yes ; Rippy, absent ; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes . 5 yes, 0 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. 2) VILLAS AT FOX RUN Mr. Garrigan stated that the applicant is seeking to resubd ivide a portion of the approved Villas at Fox Run project. The current plan proposes no changes to the existing detention area. The resubdivision would allow for the substitution of 15 single -family detached units in place of four (4) four -unit attached townhome buildings as per the original subdivision and site plan approval. Trustee Lamb moved to approve the re -plat for the Villas at Fox Run, Neighborhood 3. Seconded by Trustee Racich. Vote by roll call. Peck, yes; Racich, yes ; Rippy, absent; Bonuc hi, yes; Fay, no ; Lamb, yes . 4 yes, 1 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. Trustee Fay moved to adjourn the Special Meeting. Seconded by Trustee Lamb . Voice Vote. All in favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:0 4 p.m. Michelle Gibas, Village Clerk
