AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Fourth
GENERAL LOCATION Myrtle Avenue
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-1" and "A-2"
TO "C"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice .to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE,
. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be

rezoned from "A-1" and 11A-2" , Single Family Residence to "C"
Multiple Dwelling, and the following described property is and it
is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Area along Myrtle Avenue from the southern
boundary of the Public Housing Project to the
north line of Swifts Highway and to a depth
of 145 feet.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
