ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF TWIN HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Robert Major, Edith E. Major, Keith W. Major and
Gladys M. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township
45 N. Range 12 W. in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cola, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
From the northeast corner of Lot Number 2 of Twin
Hills Subdivision, Section 2, per plat of record in
Plat Book 8, Page 5, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence S82058 'W, 135.0 feet; thence N18007 'W, 150.31
feet; thence N48025 'E 354. 70 feet; thence S16056'E,
82.11 feet; thence S3624'E 94.32 feet; thence S8o11'E
172.85 feet; thence S82058�W, 80.0 feet; thence
N8011 'W9 18.34 feet; thence S82o58'W, 60.0 feet;
thence S8011 'E, 18.34 feet to the point of beginning„
Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as 'fain Hills Subdivision, Section 3, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirement
of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1959, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Robert Major, Edith E, Major, Keith W.
Major and Gladys M. Major, known and referred to as Twin Hills
Subdivision, Section 3, lying, being and situate within the
corporate limit - of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by
the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance,
is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
