N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
ND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY
ESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 4th
GENERAL LOCATION Dix Road and Williams Street
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A" TO "E"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
ezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
11 parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
rdinance 5880. have been complied with.
OW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A" Single Family to "E" Local Commercial, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Lots 53, 54, 55 and 56 of the W. A. Beck
Addition, along Williams Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
