AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF SEWER DISTRICT NO. 116""11 WITHIN THIS
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OI" THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 1161,131,
(established by Ord. No. 8292) be changed to read as follows:
From the center of Section 10, T44, R12, thence north along said
quarter section line, 41.20 feet to the beginning point of this descrip-
tion, thence N890261W, 69 feet; thence north 12.24 feet more or less to
the southeast corner of the James W. Fitzgerald, etal, property as per
deed of record in Book 207, Page 659, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N89046'W, 79.2 feet to the southwest corner of the said
Fitzgerald property;thence S870071W, 215.6 feet along the southerly line
of the Alvin 11. J. Marcum and wife property as per deed of record in
Book 200, Page 291, Cole County Recorder's Office, to a point on the
easterly Line of a private road right-of-way conveyed to Henry B.
Wallendorf and others as per deed of record in Book 57, Page 625, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence in a westerly direction, to a point on
the west line of the above mentioned Wallendorf right-of-way, said
point being 200 feet south of the south right-of-way line of South Ten
Mile Drive; thence in a northwesterly direction 200 feet south of and
parallel to the south right-of-way line of South Ten Mile Drive to a
point on westerly line of the Paul D. Adams and wife property as per
deed of record in Book 139, Page 616, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence north along the west line of the said .Adams property, to the
south right-of-way line of the South Ten Mile Drive; thence east along
the aforementioned right-of-way line, to the northeast corner of the
Rado Scott property as per deed of record in Book 42, Page 316, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence S50451E, along the east line of the
Scott property 200 feet; thence northwesterly, to the quarter section
line and the point of beginning.
Except the 20 foot private road right-of-way conveyed to Henry B.
Wallendorf and others, by deed of record in Book 57, page 625, Cole
County Recorder's Office.
Also from the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter, Section 10, Toemship 44, Range 12, thence S4°451T3, 708.10 feet
to a point on the northerly line of a tract conveyed to Raymond W.
Rockemann and Fife, by deed of record in Book 129, Page 331, Cole County
Recorder's Office, and the southerly line of Kenborg Hills Subdivision as
per plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page 11, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence northeasterly along the south boundary line of the aforementioned
Kenborg Hills Subdivision, to the northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to William W. Schneider and Carol Ann Schneider, in Book 203,
Page 319, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence northeasterly along the
above mentioned Schneider's north property line, to the north right-of-
way line of South Ten Mile Drive; thence westward along the north line of
South Ten Mile Drive, to the intersection of said right-of-way line and
the quarter section line for Section 10, Township 44, Range 12, said
point being the southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to William
A. Seibel and Evelyn Seibel in Book 162, Page 448, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence north along said quarter section line, (same being the
west line of the Seibel property), 200 feet; thence east on a line being
200 feet north of and parallel with the north right-of-way line of South
Ten Mile Drive, to a point on the west line between lot 21 of afore-
mentioned Kenborg Hills Subdivision and a tract of land conveyed to
Monroe W. Fink. and Florence A. Fink as per deed of record in Book 96,
Page 16, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N50501W along the line

between said rink property and the west boundary line of said Kenborg
11ills Subdivision, to the intersection of the south right-of-way line of
U. S. Rotitu #50; thence easterly along, the south right-of-way line of
` 11. S. Roi.ite #50, to the intersection of aaid right-of-way line and the
west right-of-way line for Julie Road; thence south along said west
a' right-of-way line for Julie Road, to the intersection of said west right-
of-way line and the northerly right-of-way line for Allen Road of Kenbor
Hills Subdivision; thence southwesterly along the north right-of-way line
of said Allen Road, to the intersection of the northerly extension of the
line between Tots 16 and 17 of said Kenborg Hills Subdivision and the
north right-of-way of said Allen Road; thence southeasterly along the
northerly extension of the line between said lots 16 and 17, to the
southeast corner of said Lot 17 which is on the southerly boundary of
the said Kenborg Hills Subdivision; thence northeast along the southerly
boundary of said Kenborg Hills Subdivision to the quarter quarter section
line for Section 10, Township 44, Range 12 and point of beginning of this
description.
Except that tract of land conveyed to Thomas G. Vaughn and Catherine M.
Vaughn by deed of record in Book 192, Page 270, Cole County Recorder's
Office, and Lots 25, 48, 54, 55, 56, 57, and 58, as per plat of record
in Plat Book 5, Page 11, Cole County Recorderts Office, and all public
road right-of-way.
ALSO: The southerly 200 feet of the following described property.
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
10, Township 44, Range 12, in the County of Cole, Missouri more
particularly described as follows:
From the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 10; thence S5°221E, along the Quarter
Section Line, 859.92 feet to the point of beginning for this description;
thence continuing S5°221E, 287.0 feet to the north line of South Ten
Mile Drive; thence along the north line of said South Ten Mile Drive on
the following courses and distances, S79*001W, 76.60 feet; thence
S830391W, 50.0 feet; thence N88 057 1W, 23.40 feet; thence leaving South
Ten Mile Drive, N50221W, 292.89 feet; thence N840381E, 149.85 feet to
the point of beginning.
ALSO: A 200 ft. strip of land being situated itnmediatly adjacent to and
northerly of the south line of South Ten Mile Drive, from the westerly
line of a tract of land conveyed to Goldie Russell by deed of record ill
Warranty Deed Book 220, page 304, Cole County Recorder's Office, north
westerly to the northerly Light-of-way line of 11. S. Route #50.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
