AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 81779 THE PARKING AND 'TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 10. 130, PARKING METERS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10. 130, Paragraph 1, Sub-section (A
Parking Meter Zone "A", by adding paragraphs as follows :
(m) City parking lot located north of the 200 block
East High Street and south of Commercial Avenue.
(n) City parking lot located east of the 300 block
Monroe Street and south of Wall Street.
(o) All other metered parking spaces on City parking
lots shall be in Zone A unless specifically
designated to be in a different zone.
Section 2. Amend Section 10. 130, Paragraph 6, Parking time
period; cost, by changing Sub-section (A) to read as ' follows:
(A) Parking meter spaces within parking meter
Zone A may be used for thirty (30) minute .
parkin on deposit of five (.05 cents , or
sixty �6u� minute parking, upon deposit of
ten (. 10) cents, or one hundred twenty (120)
minute parking upon deposit of twenty (. 20) cents .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
