AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 2 PRECINCT 2
GENERAL LOCATION Northwest corner of
High and Fulkerson Streets
ZONING CHANGE FROM "C" TO "D"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property is
rezoned from "C" Multiple Dwelling to "D" Multiple Dwelling, and
the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
In'lots 263 and 264 - 209 feet on West 'High Street
and 198'9" along Fulkerson Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
