ORDINANCE NO.
N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE POLICE JUDGE, AND REPEALING SECTION 1 (35 OF ORDINANCE NO.
8306 OF THE CITY, RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Police Judge Salary. The Police Judge shall
` receive the sum of Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars
per month as salary for the performance of his official duties.
Section 2. Reeeal Clause. Section 1 (3) of Ordinance No.
8306, fixing the salary of the Police Judge at three hundred and
eighty ($380.00) dollars per month be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval,
as of April 15, 1971.
