ORDINANCE NO. X.3
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO THE CAPITAL CITY WA'T'ER COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT A
1,0009000 GALLON WATER TANK ALONG WITH ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON
PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD
AND ROUTE "C".
WHEREAS, the request of Capital City Water Company has
been received, considered, and hearings held on the request, after
giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Capital City Water Company is hereby
M granted a Special Permit to construct a 1,000,000 gallon water
tank along with accessory buildings on property located near the
northwest corner of Southwest Boulevard and Route "C", known as
the Neutzler property, in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
