AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CER-
TAIN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION: Intersection of West High Street
and Bolivar Street .
ZONING CHANGE FROM C Multiple Dwelling TO D Multiple
Dwelling
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered
for rezoning, and a hearing held on said change , after due
notice to all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the following described real
property be rezoned from "C Multiple Dwelling" to "D Multiple
Dwelling" and the following described property is and it is
hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of Inlot No . 415 in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and more particularly described as fol-
lows :
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said
Inlot No . 415 , thence southerly along the easterly
i , line 52 feet; thence westerly parallel with the

northerly line 104. feet 4-1/2 inches , to the wes-
terly line ; thence northerly along the westerly
:. line, 52 feet , to the northerly line; thence eas-
terly along the northerly line , 104 feet 4-1/2
inches, to the place of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect imme-
diately upon its passage and approval .
