AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LESLIE ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
x BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS : .
Section 1. Leland E. Fischer and Carolyn S . Fischer, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described, and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
From the soutbwest corner of Outlot 96; thence
S54022 'E, along the Outlot Line, 514.03 feet;
thence N35038'E, 155.0 feet to the point of
beginning for this description; thence S54022 'E,
537. 19 feet; thence N 67039'E, 383.03 feet; thence
N31059'E, 503. 56 feet; thence N53058'W, 587. 20 feet;
thence S35o32 'W, 116. 80 feet; thence N54o22. 'W 35.16
feet; thence S60038'W, 384. 74 feet; thence S8631 'E,
100.0 feet; thence southwesterly, on a curve to the
left having a radius of 180.0 feet, a distance of
141. 90 feet; thence S35038'W, 156. 84 feet; thence
S54022 'E9 60.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Bearings are magnetic .
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,

known and referred to as Leslie Acres Subdivision, Section 3, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri., relating to plats and subdivisions, have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Leland E. Fischer and Carolyn S.
Fischer, known and referred to as Leslie Acres Subdivision,
Section 3, lying,being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri., as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of

Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
