AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE AT THE CITY PARKING
GARAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.190, Sub-section (3) of the
Parking and Traffic Code, Special Loading Zones, by adding the
following paragraph
(5) City Parking Garage. Thirty-six (36) feet
on the east half of
Madison Streets,,
beginning 125 feet south of the south curb
of Capitol Avenue.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full, force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
