AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO THE CARMELITE SISTERS FOR A SMALL CEMETERY AT
THE BACK OF THEIR LOT.
WHEREAS, the request of Carmelite Sisters for a small
cemetery toward the back of their lot at 2231 West Main Street,
has been received, considered, and hearing held on the request,
after giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Carmelite Sisters are hereby granted
a Special Permit for a small cemetery toward the back of their
lot at 2231 West Main Street, Jefferson City, Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
