AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177 , THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY ADDING SECTION 10.175 , RESERVED PARKING LOTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177 by adding a new

paragraph to he numbered 10 . 175 , to read as follows:
Section 10.175 . Reserved parking .lots. It
shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave
standing any motor vehicle upon any city owned
?° or operated�i p parking lot or parking space thereon
unless;
(1) The owner or operator of said motor
vehicle has paid to the city the monthly
rental charges for said parking lot or
parking spare;
(2) The owner or the operator of said motor
vehicle has the express consent of the
lessee who has paid to the city the

monthly rental charges for said parking
lot or parking space.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and ,approval.
