AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON WEST ELM STREET FROM MISSOURI
BOULEVARD TO BOLIVAR STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, Section 10.100,
A. Streets, by adding the following sub-section:
(299) On the south side of West Elm Street,
starting 180 feet from and extending
to 240 feet west of the west curb line
of Missouri Boulevard, and also on the
north side of Elm Street from Missouri
Boulevard to Bolivar Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
